We cannot avoid getting injured, it can happen anytime out of our expectation such as shoulder injuries, knee injuries, sprain or strain. Most athletes who are injured will always worry about losing their stamina or strength if they stop practicing for a long period. An advanced workout which is accepted and approved by physician will be carried out for them to maintain their fitness.
